"Absolutely awful, tried to work with management and hotels.com and no resolution! Unsafe! The plug in for my heater was fried and they couldn't put me in another room as they claimed to be full. Had to scramble to find another hotel."

"They struggled to get us checked in because they overbooked. Ended up putting us in a smaller room than we paid for only after trying to give us a room that wasn’t marked as “clean” in the system and smelled like someone had been chain smoking in there for a week. It was a convenient location for what we are doing but won’t stay again. "
