"Large, clean, spacious rooms. Was great to have cooking facilities in the room, local shops less than a 5 minute walk away. Easy walk into SwinBurne University for the course. Catch the train from Skybus to Glenferrie Road Hawthorn (easier than tram). As I stayed longer for a week, had a lovely welcome present of snacks and room serviced. Would definitely recommmed. "

"Excellent service. Loved the Art Deco designs everywhere, especially in the suite, as well as the Showroom Bar. The Terrace was a wonderful place to have breakfast too. The cocktails at the Showroom Bar were original and delicious too!"

"I would have liked a better bread selection at breakfast, no seed or rye bread of something healthier. Fruit bread was nice. The soft seating has lots of stains on it which didn't feel inviting to sit on in the breakfast area. Your people were excellent on Reception and in the Breakfast area. Some of your rooms need updating and the bathrooms need the shower areas to be cleaner. My room in 433 the water sits there after a shower and even after the cleaners came in, it was still there when I...

"The apt was very nice n layout was good. Location was excellent. Parking was convenient. The negatives were..the heating n air con unit was located in the living with no vents in the bedroom. Meaning one has to sleep with the door opened? Even then, it was not effective. One front desk staff was curt.. not rude but no warmth. "
