お部屋が広くてよかったのと、とにかく設備面が良かった！まず、アメニティ類の多さ！市販のシャントリやボディーソープを自室に持っていくことができるのがとても良かった！それにお部屋にウォーターサーバーがある点もとてもよく、飲料の面で言えば、一回にドリンクバーがありいつでも自由に取りに行って良いのがとてもいいサービスだと思いました！朝食が無料で付いてくる点もとても良かったし、ソファーやお風呂、トイレなど綺麗でまた利用したいと感じるホテルでした！一点注意点があるとすればエレベーターがないとこ！スーツケースなどを持っていく場合、ちょっと大変かもです！ ただ、友達にテレ通しておすすめするほど素敵なホテルでした！

Otroligt charmigt hotell med fantastisk service och personal. Rummet var större än väntat, och fullt av charmiga detaljer och bekvämligheter. Läget är också bra, med 10 minuters promenad till Kyobashi station med mycket bra förbindelser, och dessutom nära till Osaka slott. Också god frukost som bokas via TVn och serveras på rummet. Om du tittar på bilderna och tänker att här vore det charmigt att bo tycker jag du ska boka - det är ännu charmigare i verkligheten!

Preis/Leistung ist unschlagbar! Sehr sehr nettes Personal. Es steht eine sehr große Auswahl an Beauty-und Pflegeprodukte zur freien Auswahl, gratis Getränke, Frühstück aufs Zimmer und Schlafanzüge für die Gäste. So viel Auswahl hatte ich selbst in teuren Hotels und Japan noch nicht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, allerdings ist es recht hellhörig und das Hotel liegt nah an den Bahngleisen. Das Schloss ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Excellent hôtel, très bien situé — idéal pour visiter Osaka, mais aussi Nara et Kyoto, facilement accessibles en transports en commun. L’établissement propose des chambres spacieuses, avec une large gamme de produits de soin. La chambre comme les espaces communs sont très confortables. La literie est de qualité, et le petit-déjeuner, inclus dans le prix de la chambre, est délicieux. Plusieurs menus sont proposés, et il est servi en room service. Enfin, le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et extrêmement serviable !

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet hotel pour visiter Osaka, la station JR juste a côté permet de facilement se rendre en ville. L'hotel etait de bonne qualité, petit défaut, le sol etait mal insonorisé et il nous arrivait d'entendre les voisins du dessus.
