Old, dusty, moldy bathroom. Shower gets cold and hot alternatively without my control. Room is decent size. Food and amenity is good, people are nice. Just facility is old. Anybody can come is to the elevator to go up to the room. No security to stop non guests.

The girl speaks Chinese at front desk is superb, very professional, friendly and helpful. Explained the room service policy to us, help us check in when the aautomatic check in machine failed.

Large room for a Japanese hotel, with all amenities. Unfortunately the room decor was a little tired and the carpet was stained in a couple of places. The location is great, being very convenient being right by the main station.

Good location and easy to transport

Hotel is good condition, room is clean and comfortable. Next to entrance access to JR and Metro. A dedicate passage can reach the shopping mall next to hotel and then the round-about walking bridge.

Great value. Quiet and clean. Conveniently across the street from Tennoji station. Rooms are quite large vs. nearby hotels though a bit dated. The nightly rate was very good. Will stay there again without hesitation.

Very convenient it is connected directly to the subway station! We stayed for 5 nights Comfortable and clean as well. I am travelling with small kid , if the hotel can provide the baby toilet seat it will be perfect!

The location was very convenient. It's right at Tennoji Station where you can easily access the subway, JR and Kintetsu lines. The pay gate of the subway was just outside the hotel exit at the basement level. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that anyone could easily come up to your floor by taking the elevator without going through the hotel lobby.

The hotel room was clean but outdated. The items inside the room were good. It would be great if there were also English breakfast tea bags as well. The sheets looked clean and crisp. I wish there were more English language channels on TV. Not sure why during checkin the hotel got a copy of our passports? Never had that anywhere else that I had stayed before.

Time for a update.

The hotel is very close to the train station. Can get there without going outside. A sushiro in the building and attched to a mall. Lots of food a shopping options near by. It is time for a update. Has that 80's style. Room was clean for the age. Toilet flushing was difficult some times as you have to use a big lever on the wall. Had to hold it for quite a while in order for it to flush.
