"Great place, good location. Everything is automated for checkin and out, very fast to get you room, storage for luggage with QR code, flawless. Only negative thing would be the wait for elevator at peek time, but easy to understand with more than 40 floors."

"it was an amazing stay that is worth every penny. amazing location, safe to walk around even at night. easy access to airport bus as well as all the subway stations in the area. heart of all the malls so it was easy to go back to hotel for a quick break before continuing the shopping journey. loved the option of eco cleaning so that we can get new water and towels without having to have someone enter the room. this is 100% where i’m gonna stay next time i travel to osaka. "Airpot hotel that is one MRT stop away from Kansai airport. Good sized rooms with all the amenties, including free shuttle to the airpot. There is a Lawson convenience store on the premises, but plenty of restaurants at the MRT station and a walkway to Seacle outlet mall with more restaurants and shops."

"Me and my family love this hotel. At first, i thought the bedroom was small, but when we saw the bathroom we were amazed. The toilet was in its own closet opposite of the bathroom, it has a bidet and toilet tissue was refilled everyday. The bathroom had two sinks and I love the design of the bath shower and tub, the shower is really spacious. Taking a bath and soaking in the tub after a long day feels really nice. The beds were comfortable and always made. Staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly. They helped my wife when she was confused about using the washing machines. Everything we asked for was done promptly, like taking out the trash or changing the towels. Staff even helped us get a taxi after checking out. The location is great! There's a Lawsons in the building for most the basic needs. Universal Studio Japan was minutes walking distance. The Train station was even closer. The City walk area had plenty of restaurants and shopping choices. Would definitely love to come back here and would recommend staying here. "

"We loved this hotel! We purchased rooms with lounge access…. Totally amazing!!! Breakfast cooked to ordered.. large buffet…. Great place to wrap up the day with a glass of bubbles and a few snacks!!! The location was great.. close to the metro, but very quiet and safe.. The staff was amazing.. highly recommend this hotel!"
