"the location is excellent--only a few minutes walk to the central square of Todi. Manu is an excellent host and provides a very warm and genial welcome to the property. The room was spacious, very nicely designed, with a very comfortable bathroom and very nice toiletries. "Beautiful resort. Attentive Staff. Picturesque setting. Good Food. Overall - a great experience. The reason for 3 stars is they charged one couple in our group 80eu PER NIGHT for a pack and play (folding crib) for their infant. Most hotels provide this for free or 5-10Eu. For that price, they could provide a brand new one each night and let them take it home. That's our only complaint, otherwise it was a nice place to stay. "

"Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top."
