"Exceptional hotel, ideally situated in Ortigia. Nice quiet spot but easily walkable distance through enchanting streets to wonderful eateries and historic sites. The staff are wonderful, going above and beyond to assist guests, organising drivers / day trips / restaurant reservations etc. Breakfast was super, a generous selection to meet all diets (including vegan pastries). The serving staff and housekeeping team were faultless. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was spotless every day when we returned from outings. All in all this is a fantastic hotel and we cannot praise it enough. "

"The staff was exceptional and literally assisted us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. A special gratzie to Paola for her knowledge, time, and care. Fresh water bottles were given every day which we have not found to be standard practice at other hotels, so was greatly appreciated.
