Top Ortiz Mountain Community Library Hotel Reviews
The Sage Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were big, very clean, and well equipped. There was enough provided for us to do two loads of washing, and they also left dishwasher tablets and washing-up supplies, although we didn’t end up needing to use them.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and they made everything very easy and welcoming.
The gym was exceptional for a small hotel/apartment complex gym — much better than expected. The pool also looked large and very clean, although unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it"
"The clerk was nice and said they would give us a refund. The hotel is old it looks like they remodeled the front a little while back but when you go to the room it smelled horrible, and after going in a maze to find our room it smelled even more in the room. I was so uncomfortable I just walked back out. I don’t know how this hotel had wonderful reviews? Stay here at your own risk"
"Breakfast menu was lacking. Parking was fine. Bed was comfortable. TV was great. Bathroom had a very nice walk-in shower. Throw rugs in bedroom not needed. They are a safety hazard. "
"I made the mistake of double booking in Silverton Colorado AND Santa Fe on the same night- my bad. But, it kinda blows my mind that EXPEDIA doesn't catch something like that, and notify their customers that they have double booked. Very disappointing - I don't really trust them anymore."
"Very clean. Was not able to use the pool because we got there too late. They charge a parking fee. This should really be included in the rate for a room, but I guess it's just one more way for them to make money off us. That was really the only thing that bothered me about the whole stay."

6/10 Okay
"There were long hairs in my sink (which weren’t from me) as well as leftover items from previous people around my room. Besides that the location is convenient and the staff are very kind."
