Absolutely fantastic staff... Alina, Susana, Rody, the housekeeper, the chef... they all made every effort to make my stay absolutely wonderful. We had just gotten married and they went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay! Many thanks for the beautiful room decorations, the balloons and for all the other small gestures during our time with you! We will be back!

Buena estancia en general, creo que le faltan algunos detalles para ser un 4 estrellas y el precio, los empleados lo suplen perfectamente, un 10 al personal del comedor, Bea super amable, todos muy amables y profesionales. lo mejor... Lo pero los precios de la cafetería, demasiado caro muy por encima de hoteles de la misma categoría.....

Dos dias de pernoctacion 3 adultos habiacion doble.590 euros mas 8 euros de parking.mas servicio de menu de 3 pac 67 eiros.no puede un hotel cobrar 600 euros por 2 noches y luego tener un servicio de restaurante tanto desayuno como comida pesimo por ser correcto.espero que mejoren .

Viaje por trabajo, una noche.

La estancia ha sido agradable, el hotel esta situado en una zona tranquila cerca de urbanizaciones alejadas del bullicio, parquing privado espacioso y descubierto, ojo, dificil aparcar fuera del recinto. Las instalaciones son completamente nuevas, el desayuno bien, la cena correcta y las habitaciones de tamaño medio.

Hallo, wir haben 5 Tage im Hotel übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Wenn man etwas Platz , 1,60 m Bett und einen Balkon möchte, sollte man 8€ pro Tag zusätzlich investieren, ohne Balkon und mit 1,40 m Bett gibts das Economy Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber, einfaches aber gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Dusche ist sehr sparsam was den Wasserdruck angeht aber zumindest ist das Wasser heiß. Lage ist gut. Pool ok. Parkplatz gibts für 8€ am Tag. Man kann aber außerhalb der Saison ein paar Meter weiter umsonst einen Platz finden. Wir würden für ein paar Tage wieder einbuchen. Grüße

Wir waren Ende Oktober für eine Nacht Durchreise. Hotel fast leer Klinisch kalt wie ein Krankenhaus. Rezeptionsdame sprach nur wenig Englisch. Trotz der Zusage Zahlung vor Ort war der Hotelpreis schon vor der Anreise abgebucht.es gab nicht einmal eine Quittung für die Übernachtung da ja die Reise schon bezahlt wäre. Für uns nie wieder

If you want a quiet break away from it all this is really nice. I feel they need to improve on their food and to be more flexible in accommodating people with food allergies + other food intolerance. To ask for anything out of the ordinary was a major issue that we had to go a day without food as the chef refused. All we asked for was tomato on toast . We were also aware of staff who were unhappy at the way they were being treated by one particular cook. I would request that management deals with this as a matter of urgency. As there was a language problem we were advised just to give our points online. This hotel has a lot of potential but they must look at tourists from all nationalities and provide a better menu or even have a salad bar so people have an option. Many walked out after reading the menu. Breakfast was fine but the food was cold. Staff were excellent and very friendly . Hotel is vey clean and pleasant . You can get a bus in to Castellon from just outside the hotel for a few euro. At the main stop beside the train station it is just a short walk to a large shopping area with 6-7 floors + a cafe at the top. There is a small beach beside the hotel which is lovely but there are no chairs. Benicasm is the nearest to the hotel with a nice beach bars etc. You really need a car as there is quite a history surrounding the area. I wish the hotel well for the future let there be no recreminations on staff.

Um eine korrekte Bewertung zu machen waren wir zu kurz in diesem modernen Hotel. So können wir nur eine Nacht bewerten. Freundlichkeit war in Ordnung. Sauberkeit auch. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und obwohl wir es mitteilten wurde sie nicht instand gestellt. Leider hat sich niemand im Hotel darum gekümmert. Es wurde auch nicht nachgefragt ob sie nun in Ordnung ist. Würde ich von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten. Das Frühstück war gut aber auch nicht 4 Sterne würdig.

This is a nice hotel, but we thought it was very expensive for what you got, though it may be par for the area. It's a short walk through a nice neighborhood to a small beach, or a longer walk to the major beach. This hotel looks as if it is a major renovation of an older hotel. I don't know this, but it has that feel. It is a 4-star hotel, but it doesn't really have that feel and the breakfast was nothing special. The hotel seems to be family-oriented with lots of kids there at the time. There's a bike path and you can rent bikes (we wanted to but didn't have time). We parked for free a block away in front of the bus stop. Staff was nice and helpful.
