"Room was clean! Great shower. Lots of slots. Didn’t find the other room of slots until late at night as we thought they were all by the buffet and steak house. Wished we would have asked if there were more as those were some of our favorites.
Need some Wheel of Fortune and new Buffalo games.

"Spacious, clean room. The personalized greeting on the tv and phone were nice. Pool was out of service but they gave the option of the other hotel pool. It was quite a walk so we didn’t go. Casino is nice, friendly staff. Bad experience at the sandwich place. Waited over 20 minutes for cold sandwiches, I asked the supervisor (who as at the register) at the 20 min mark, she was dismissive and said ‘he’s making sandwiches now so they must be yours’ without ever checking. "Everything worked. Internet connection was great and workspace desk was nice in the room. Nice store above average. Clean. Only complaint was that this was booked for husband traveling on his own and picked for a hot breakfast which was supposed to be out at 6:30 but was not out until 6:50. Had to leave before it was completely out. Possibly just a one-day happening, but unfortunate for that day for hubby that had to get on the road - and hotel was chosen for that reason."

"Pros:
Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in.
Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels.
Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. I can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast as I didn’t take advantage of either.

"We had 3 families staying just for a night after visiting Kartchner Caverns in Benson, Az.
The hotel was amazing. A welcoming happy hour with drinks and snacks for the entire family. Plus a delicious warm made to order omlette in the morning before we all headed home.
I will definitely stay here again. BTW our kids so enjoyed the pool and hot tub."
