"It was exceptionally clean. Only issue.....TVs in all the rooms weren't working. Im guessing due to being newly renovated and just hadnt got to the cable hook up. Either way very friendly staff. Waived the early check in. Room was spotless and very comfortable "

"Stayed 3 nights to do the parks. The 2 bedroom was way larger than we anticipated with bedrooms situated at either side so kept things quiet. Laundry, full sized appliances and kitchen. 2 full bathrooms so everyone could get ready at once. Patio overlooked the pool and hot tub, it looked like most buildings had easy access to one of the pools. Restaurants, convenience stores, gym and games room on site but we didn’t use them. Unit was spotless and garbage was taken out and towel refilled our second night. Unit was way nicer than the photos. Option to take a golf cart or van to your unit if you have mobility issues (we didn’t need it.) Easy pickup from the front lobby by ride share everyday. Would 100 percent stay there again. Only concern we had was we could hear the people above us stomping around/moving furniture every night but not sure if that would apply to all units. Option to hold our bags was there for the last day as well. "

"The amenities were amazing and so was the staff. This resort had it all without leaving the area. We wished we would have stayed longer. We definitely would like to come back. They were not able to keep us in the Bella area, however they upgraded our one bedroom for free. I was so happy with the stay! "
