Nice comfortable house

Wife and I rented for a seminar at University of Florida campus nearby. The house is nice with lots of room. It is in an older, family orientated neighborhood so there are lots of children on bikes, skate boards etc outside so you do hear that noise a bit. Be aware that this house is in a neighborhood next to the local airport and seems to be along the landing flightpath for traffic 6am to 10pm mostly. If you have hearing sensitivity as my wife and I do, this may be good to know as the rumble from planes overhead may be an issue if you spend most of your day at the home. Hanging out at the nearby parks and attractions all day would not make this much of an issue for most. FYI. All in all, the home was nice and comfortable. It had all the basics of kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc. Large refrigerator/freezer. We actually had to use the heater for a little bit early in the morning because Orlando got down to the low 40's. It worked so good we only ran it for 15-20 minutes to bring up the temp a bit. Being from South Florida, I haven't had to use a heater in a long long time. 4/5 rating is really only due to the airplane noise level and may not really be an issue for most people, only us. For the price it was a good deal. Thank you for letting us stay so that we didn't need to stay at a hotel. Lot of space here to make this home a base of operations for having fun in Orlando. PS. The only recommendation I would make is to please add some window coverings to the front door windows for privacy at night.

Great home, nice neighborhood, very comfortable

Me and 3 friends chose this based on the reviews. Because of different diet restrictions, we thought we'd try not staying at a typical breakfast included type motel. It was perfect for our needs! Full, well equipped kitchen, laundry, off street parking, laundry, 4 comfortable bedrooms and a big soaker tub! Beautiful sunrise over the lake. Free WiFi and smart TV made a night in with Amazon and Netflix a breeze. All though we didn't use it, there was also a home office, with printer and full desk set up - so if you needed to bring your lap top and work during your getaway you could. But your in Florida, don't work, get out and soak up some sun shine! Will definitely be back!

A few of us stayed at this property when we played in a USTA tournament in Lake Nona. The proximity was awesome! Having a washer and dryer and a full kitchen definitely beats a hotel. The beds were pretty comfortable (we brought our own linens because we love a high thread count). The place definitely could have been cleaner. The baseboards in the downstairs bathroom were gross. Other areas were very clean.

Spacious home with plenty of room. Everything you need for a family vacation in Orlando/Kissimmee area. This easily beats any hotel. A great value. Covers all the basics. Great location although property is a little dated.

It was a beautiful property! Clean, comfortable and acomodating for my family. It felt like home away from home. The backyard view was soothing as you can sit and watch the sunrise right from the backyard. The community was also very pleasing and quiet. Would recommend to it to others in a heartbeat!

Very pleased

The house was clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The seemed to be location is safe. It was easy to access from the main roads. It was located very close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Great Location Poor Management

We arrived at the location at 4:30 pm only to wait for 6hrs for someone let us into the property. I called everyone imaginable but to no avail. My wife's face and screaming 2yr old forced me to aimlessly drive around Orlando to Occupy our time until we received some kind of information on how to get into the home. Finally at 10:30 pm the property manager arrived to let us in. Though not a mean-spirited person I gather; she did insinuate we were lucky she arrived and that it was somehow, our fault because we booked after 2: pm which, is when their office closes. All the aside the accommodation were great and the Wifi was strong...

Dirty floor and ant infestation

My first impression was that it was a nice rental. We were able to gain access to the house just fine. There were dishes, pots and utensils to use. The washer and dryers were convenient. However, after walking around without shoes, my feet were filthy. We ended up having to wear shoes or sandals inside at all times. Then we noticed that there were ants crawling around. That didn't give my kids an easy feeling. Also, we couldn't figure out how to get the tv's in the bedroom working. Overall, the privacy was nice but the house could've been cleaner.

Sent us to the wrong house and made us wait 8 hrs

After trying to reach the owner for several hours both us and expedia they sent us to the wrong house and have the wrong house listed in the ad also made us wait 8 hrs to check in no towels dirty house had several random people knocking on the door at 3 pm blamed us for damage that was there the washer didn't work no gas in the grill. The "cleaning lady" was parked in front of the house at 9 am sleeping when our check out was 11 we tipped her $20 and basically cleaned the entire home ourselves

Just what I needed.

I was in Orlando for a conference, but wanted a reasonably priced place to stay. I am very sensitive to smells causing headaches and frequently have problems in hotels either with the cleaners or rooms that are too close to a smoking section or have been smoked in years ago. The hotels in the price range I was interested all looked fraught with potential problems per the reviews and age. This house was like being home (except I didn't have to clean :) The furnishings were modern and comfortable. The house was crisp and clean, and for me, neutral smelling. The little concrete patio had a couple of chairs I could sit on in the evening. It was quiet and soothing. Services like Walmart, gas, and a pharmacy (all of which I used while there) were close and easy to get to. It is a great value for an individual or a family, and exudes peace, comfort, and a feeling of home.

We felt like home

Family celebration

My family and I really enjoyed the home, it was comfortable and I specially liked the cleanliness. We had another management company from which we booked from several times before, stopped using them because their cleaning fees were exhorbitant but their cleaning wasn't so magical at our last property. I liked that there wasn't a check in, got my email from Sherry 3 weeks in advance with directions, we followed them on the day of arrival, went straight to the house. This is the way Disney does it for their hotels, there is no wasted time. However I wish that we would have been told ahead of time that it was so far from the parks, 30-40 min is not what I'm used to driving when I go to Kissimmee. Will definitely book again with you, next time I'll be more specific.

Amazing Home

Once you walk into the house the impression was great. Nice new floors, very clean. Large and spacious. Had an office desk with printer in case you needed to get some work done. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything you needed. Laundry was clean and new washer and dryer. Rooms were clean and plenty of towels and nice queen size beds. Even had a barbecue and peaceful area to sit outside. It's located in a subdivision but it was pretty quiet. I would stay here again if need be. You won't be disappointed so I recommend it to anyone looking for extra space rather then getting a hotel.

Wonderful Stay

The photos on the website were true to form. The place was emaculate very clean I felt at home. You had every thing you needed the home. Yard very clean great neighbor hood. I especially love the master bath water pressure in shower was awesome. When I got there I realized the cable was not working in the living room but the house manager stop by and they got in touch with the cable company and fixed it right away. Con: I did not like not having a curtain over the patio door you can see right into the neighbor yard and house if there blinds were open. Also both bathroom Windows did not have any window coverings I have the same Windows at my my home but I still have coverings. And last but not least I glad I didn't have a key to carry with me but you a pad to type in a code I just hope it is changed with each visitor that just put me on edge with today's climate. Other than that I had a wonderful stay. P.S Also put on the sheet how to lock the door if you have to go out.

Fantástico!

Essa casa é espetacular! Tudo maravilhoso, muito melhor ainda do que as fotos! Fica localizada num bairro de casas americanas num bairro aproximadamente uns 30 min. dos parques. Como vc vai precisar de um carro pra fazer tudo aqui em Orlando e as estradas são maravilhosas e tudo é muito lindo, super vale a pena essa pequena viagem! Se vc quer conforto e sossego, essa casa é imbatível!
