When we were able to check in, our room wasn’t ready so they competed us with an upgrade, one room was a king size bedroom. The other was a king size suite. Beautiful rooms, very clean and beds were very comfortable. Throughout our stay we wanted to go to the pool as much as we could. The pool area was very disappointing. It says online that the pool is heated, and same with the hot tub. Also that the sip and snack snack is open daily…. To our surprise, none of that is true. The pool & hot tub were freezing cold not even like warm. That was very disappointing. Our group and several others complained to the front desk, they said maintenance was working on it. This was our second day, we were there for 5 days. It wasn’t fixed the whole time we were there. Went up to the sip and snack shack to at least get some drinks and food. It was closed. Out of all the days we were there, it was open two times, a couple hours each time. When it was time to check out, everything went smooth, the staff was very kind and nice. I got home and a couple days later got a charge to my card saying I paid extra for the room upgrade. It was supposed to be complementary. Called them and sorted it out, got my money back for the extra charge. Other than that, great location, friendly staff, and nice rooms. Would stay there again if they had the pool and hot tub heater working. And the sip and snack shack was open.
