This facility has so much potential I hate to have to give it the rating I am giving but I want to be absolutely transparent. This facility boasts about having many amenities, which they do, but they are spread across a huge radius of I think 6 different properties, the lazy river is in the 8000 building and everything you do there costs extra including tubes for the lazy river, which is kind of ridiculous. I have stayed at several properties with lazy rivers including the Bahamas and never paid for tubes. The room itself was an issue. The AC didn’t work. It was musty, and had a very strange smell throughout the hall and the room, maybe it was mold? Because there were several different buildings that are allowed to use the amenities on each property I saw several guests being harassed by unwanted crowds. One night there was this group of maybe 21 year olds that were trying to get a very young girl to expose herself. I looked around to see if security was near because this group harassing the girl was large, possibly had about 20 or more men in it. And I couldn’t find anybody so I reported it the next day. Not sure anything was done. As I stated this place has potential but it needs some work. If you choose to stay here, make sure to stay in the 8000 building because anywhere else isn’t worth it.
