Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

"This resort is great for children and families not so much for two adult adults, wanting to relax. The food was delicious. The housekeeping staff was absolutely horrible. They never stopped by to clean our room and we were gone for hours during the day and we’d come back to a dirty room with no towels. The walls were paper thin you could hear everything that was going on in the room next to you the doors slamming at all hours during the day and night was absolutely ridiculous. Definitely not going back there and would not recommend it to anyone."

"We’ve been here two summers in a row now and absolutely love it. Very family oriented with lots to do and lots of hidden gems. The pool was a bit dirty but overall the stay was more than comfortable. The gym was by far the best hotel gym I’ve gone to and the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Recommend 10/10. It’s our favorite spot in the Kissimmee area. Very convenient location."

"The hotel was very clean, and our stay was extremely enjoyable. The price was excellent for the value we received. The breakfast offered plenty of options, and the Mickey Mouse waffles were such a lovely touch! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Very convenient to all Disney activities. Enjoyed the pool and a walk to the nearby mall/shops when we wanted a day to relax. We stayed in room with fireworks view and beautiful sunsets with fireworks at 9pm and 10pm every night. Staff was very friendly even at midnight when we checked in. It was convenient to stores and even a two minute drive to Walmart for water and food to stock the fridge. Also the convenient store was a quick walk for things we needed but didn’t pack I would recommend it!"

"Price was good. Did the free to sit in a meeting to become a vacation owner. Great deal but didn’t do it. Free $ tho. Helped with the restaurant bill onsite which is outrageous. The jacuzzi tub had hair in it from a previous stay so we did not use it. Couldn’t get ahold of front desk by phone on multiple occasions so the tub stayed dirty. The property is well kept and the pools are amazing. It was a great stay all around. Parking fee a day is uncalled for. Plus they tax that. The arcade had some break down issues but the activity center took care of that."

"Everything was so perfect. I love the idea of having everything near and a lot fun activities to do. Note: The only thing I don’t like is if you bring a car you have to pay parking per night even if you staying at the hotel, plus they charge you $50 per day as a hotel fee, so at the end you finish paying more money, like $100 extra per night"
