"They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. All the stops are tiled and slippery.. rain everywhere of course but dangerous slippery tile, If this was in America, they would have been sued. "The room itself was generally okay for a short stay, but there were a few things that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The restroom could have been cleaner upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. The kitchen area was quite limited in terms of utensils and basic supplies, making it a bit challenging even for couple people."

"As long as I ask for making bed, the hotel employees do not do it. They did not provide the toilet papers properly. It was not comfortable."

"Wifi was compromised, started receiving scam calls the second i connected to the wifi. The walls were dirty and unclean. The ceiling had cobwebbs with insects and debris inside. The breakfast served was just ordered from the McDonald's next door. The bathroom smelled, and the neighboring unit had really bad case of vomiting very loudly next door. As if thats not all bad enough, they used angle grinders to do remodel during our stay. Dont pay the rate they ask on the site."

"We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly."

"At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them .
