"Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und schick eingerichtet, das Hotel ist noch sehr neu. Eine der Mitarbeiterinnen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, in 50% der Fälle saß jedoch jemand am Schalter, der definitiv minderjährig ist, kein Englisch versteht und nicht einmal grüßen kann. Allgemein ist die Belegschaft sehr jung, aber die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich. "

"Arrivo in hotel circa alle ore 20 e con grande dispiacere apprendo che la stanza pagata tramite il portale per l’importo di 324 per 4 notti non era più disponibile. L’host mi comunica senza darmi spiegazioni che avrei dovuto contattare il portale per chiedere informazioni in merito. In seguito alla discussione ho compreso che l’annullamento è stato deliberatemente eseguito dall’host per il solo fatto di aver completato la prenotazione dal sito e non direttamente con lui.
