"Very nice hotel with excellent amenities. The free airport shuttle doesn’t run very often, so we weren’t able to use it. The location is cocked by highways so you need a taxi to go almost anywhere if you want to explore the city or eat outside of the hotel. "

Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and taken care of, which made a lasting impression. It’s not often you find such consistent, high-quality service over an extended stay. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d be happy to return in the future."

"Loved the openness of the hotel, the plants, souvenir shop. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was fantastic, clean, and spacious. Only "complaint" was pool could have been warmer and no poolside bartender lol but not a big deal, it is a beautiful pool area. We did get up at 0700 to get in the hottub and it wasn't hot, assumed the hottub was shut off at night. Our room was poolside and we were awakened by a very loud group of guests at the pool about midnight, called the front desk and it was taken care of immediately. I absolutely would stay at the Doubletree in San Jose again and definitely recommend it, especially for the airport shuttle/convenience."
