"The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache...

"The main reason for choosing this place was because I had a super early flight and in terms of proximity to the airport it gets a 10/10. Note that this is NOT a luxury hotel, the street can be noisy (popular street for airport pick ups well into the evening) and it could do with some thicker curtains - bright flashing lights outside. At the end of the day though we spent only a few hours there and made our flight, the host was friendly and helpful, met our requirements."
