"Room looked like it has never had more than a quick sweep done to it in the past decade. Dust covered every surface, sticky floor, dead bugs and insects everywhere, all fabric had nasty yellow staining, the lamp shades looked like someone had a boxing match with them, all decor was either broken or breaking, bathroom had indescribable gunk in every corner, etc. But the man at the front desk that checked us in at night was incredible and genuinely the only good thing about the hotel. "

"Was not informed that pool was unavailable. Primary reason for booking here was so kids could swim. Very disappointing for kids. Will never book here during "cold" months. Was unable to cancle.. Unhappy camper.."
