We had a great stay. The staff was very nice, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was perfect, especially if you want to be close to the airport while still enjoying Aruba. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The service was amazing, Francesca, Judu, Nilo and Luis were just amaizing people. I felt safe there. The inside of fhe hotel is really clean, nice and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the best part is the you not to far or close to everything right in the middle, next to the airport. Definitely recommend if you want to really relax and get sun ☀️

The staff was extremely helpful and upon arrival helped us with early check-in. The bar was well sorted and both dinner and breakfast was amazing. The room itself was very clean with a very comfortable bed and with all the amenities (including an iron).

Voco Surfside is an excellent property. It is spotless & very well maintained. The room was very efficient. I travel a lot & this is the 1st hotel to have light switches on either side of the bed, that controls the lighting in entire room, including the bathroom. The lighting ambience & property decor was very impressive.

Great, clean, new property with helpful staff. Near the airport in relatively quiet place, but if you like always active lifestyle, this property is about 4/5 km away from the main activity area. You will either need a car or need to take taxi to all events. Nice small pool. We like bit of quiet place after a day full of activity so this was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Breakfast menu was fresh daily but the only problem I had was the menu does not change. I stayed for 5 days and breakfast menu was the same all 5 days. I wish I could give the hotel a good review but the ladies at the front desk attitude was absolutely disgusting! The tv didn’t work, there was a roach in my room, the water was hot and cold. My friend and I had a terrible experience. Such a beautiful hotel, but the staff at the front alone made me feel uncomfortable. The cleaners and other staff were polite. Overall 3/10 for real!

I was plesantly surprised the place doesn't look like much from the outside. But when you get inside to the pool area and the way everything is set up, it is tranquil. I'm beautiful if you're looking for a lot of action. This is not the place for you, but if you're looking for a beautiful, clean tranquil place with nice service. And good people, this is the place bed's are amazingly comfortable slept like a baby. Some of the room's are small. I had a womb with a king-sized bed. Which was spacious everything was great
