"Let’s start with the highlights. The staff on ground were superb, friendly, patient, welcoming, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Solidified feeling safe there. The check in process was seamless. I received a message prior to landing with the process super easy. The pictures are pretty good depictions of the sight. "It was great experience, staying with Eagle Aruba during our recent visit, specifically room space and kitchen. Room were clean, service was great, but reception area staff (ladies) were not very nice to the welcoming guests. We heard they were abusing other Americans in local language they thought we don’t understand while checking us in. Room amenities was not that great like room baths body wash and shampoos were not filled it was tough to take out from bottles. "
