Viel Luft nach oben

Anlage, Grösse und Ausstattung der Zimmer - alles da, was man braucht und was auch ein 4-Sterne Hotel bieten sollte. Ganz besonders ist die Freundlichkeit wirklich aller Mitarbeiter hervor zu heben. Aber es bedarf dringend einer Grundreinigung sowie vielen Reparaturen an allen Ecken und Enden. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 301 - hier fiel z.B. im Badezimmer die Verkleidung der Dusch-Badewanne auseinander als wir sie nur berührt hatten, die Duschtür war so locker, dass sie schon bei der Berührung des Dusch-Strahls auf ging und alles unter Wasser setzte - mal abgesehen davon, dass der Dichtungsgummi unten total spröde und verdreckt war, am Waschbecken war der Wasserhahn so locker, dass wir ihn manchmal fast in der Hand hatten. Wer auch immer schwarze Fliesen für das Bad gewählt hat, sollte am besten den Beruf wechseln - man sah jeden Strich der Putzfrau an den Wänden und am Boden. Obwohl die Frage ist, ob wirklich geputzt wird... wir hatten schwarze Füsse, so verschmutzt war der ganze Raum. In den Ecken lag und hing wirklich der Dreck, man wollte gar nicht mehr so genau hin schauen. Eine grosse Runde wirklich sauber putzen und sanieren täte der Anlage wirklich gut.

Prachtig hotel, maar wel afgelegen

Prachtig hotel, met zeer prettig personeel. Het hotel is erg goed, alleen ligt het niet direct op een plaats waar veel te doen is. Rust is er in ieder geval in overvloed en de kwaliteit van het hotel is uitstekend.

A true 4-start experience

The hotel is an unexpected gem in a rather rundown industrial area. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, they all seem to have a furbished balcony. The bathrooms are also spacious and have all the necessary amenities. The WiFi worked very well. The breakfast was standard, but the view from the rooftop restaurant and terrace was wonderful. Also, the service was very friendly, the staff were accommodating and helped with whatever was needed. Another great perk is the free parking. I have not used the swimming pool, so cannot really comment on it, but it looked lovely. Last but not least, I appreciated the fact that the hotel is not only pet-friendly, but they did not charge a fee for my dog, which is always nice. Overall, a great experience, and I would come back, despite the unattractive surroundings.

Jag var förvånad att den räknas som en 4 skärning hotel fattar inte hur den hotell har lyckas med detta. Det fanns inget gym eller spa som dem påstod det var stängt. Det saknade saker på hotel rummet vi vill inte vara till alldeles för stor besvär och fråga efter saker hela tiden. Som ex tvål, toa papper, handukar med mera. Tydligen där var hotellet är placerad är det massa med flyktigare i området, därtill räknas det inte som ett säkert ställ vilket vi fick reda på av en bussförare som undra varför vi hade valt där. Dessutom är det så kollektivtrafiken alltså bussen slutar kl 20:15 efter det så kan man inte ta sig till hotellet utan att ta en taxi. När vi skulle checka ut ur hotellet kom de stora överraskning med att vi skulle betala skatt på 15 € tydligen 3 per natt som vi hade sovit på hotellet.

Η τοποθεσια ειναι μια βιομηχανικη υποβαθμισμενη περιοχη. Χρειαζεται οπωσδηποτε αυτοκινητο. Το Ωραιοκαστρο ειναι πολυ ωραιο σε αποσταση 10 λεπτων αλλα η Θεσσαλονικη απεχει περιπου 20 λεπτα. Σιγουρα η εντυπωση που αποκομησα δεν ηταν τεσσαρων αστερων. Καλο για τα λεφτα του αλλα θα εδεινα λιγο περισσοτερα για ενα ξενοδοχειο μεσα στην πολη. Το προσωπικο παρολο που ειναι ευγενικο δεν αποπνεει επαγγελματισμο. Η καθαριοτητα ηταν θεμα διοτι παρολο που εμεινα με το συζυγο και τα δυο παιδια μου για εφτα βραδυα τα σεντονια αλλαχτηκαν δυο φορες και το δωματιο ουσιαστικα δεν καθαριστηκε καθολου αν εξαιρεσουμε το στρωσιμο των κρεβατιων και καποιες μερες λιγο σκουπισμα. Το πρωινο ηταν μετριο.

Πολύ άνετο ξενοδοχείο, 15 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης! Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καθαρό και η εξυπηρέτηση άμεση! Το πρωινό πολύ καλό και η αισθητική τόσο μέσα όσο και έξω του καταλύματος άψογη! Η ποιότητα του ανταποκρίνεται επαρκώς στην τιμή του!
