10/10 Excellent

"Loved this little hotel and will absolutely come back! I stayed a single night as a solo female traveler and felt very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, offering to hold my bag before my room was ready so I could explore more easily. I stayed in one of the attic rooms for a unique view (very worth it), but fair warning - these rooms are not for those with above 6ft tall or mobility challenges. Additionally, since it's an older historic building, the hallway creaks a bit when other guests are walking by. The hotel location is truly perfect and central for navigating all of the downtown sights. Breakfast was a fairly straightforward, small buffet selection, but did the trick. Would highly recommend this spot for others!"

"Overall decent. Got a free upgrade for a bigger room (small suite) but the layout was a bit odd and i was expecting better interior design from a five star hotel. We didn’t went to the complimentary spa so couldn’t comment on that - remember to bring swimming suits if you want to enjoy that perk."

"We love this Hotel and it is the only one we book when visiting Baden Baden (one of our favourite towns in Germany). Really close to the restaurants and shops. We also love a visit to the Lichtentaler Allee which are lovely, peaceful and well tended gardens. The hotel itself is really lovely. Our room was really spacious and had a nice KS bed with fresh linen. Breakfast was really lovely too."
