"Great place to stay. About a 15 min walk to kamari besch, easy access to everything else - 15/20 minutes bus ride to fira, 45 minutes to an hour to Oia by bus, about 30 by car or taxi. Place is quiet, clean, amazing service, owners are welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast is Ok but not great.
You can eat/ order drinks on site, prices are ok."

"This was a nice hotel to stay in. Staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms and living room were clean. The bathroom was modern and cool. They are more than 1/2 a mile away from the bus stop and a little over a mile to get to Kamari beach.
If there was one thing I didn’t like was the pathway to walk to the main road. Not the fault of the hotel, but if there was a short cut to the main road it would have been more convenient walking with children. "
"We had a lovely stay, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, especially by the pool! We enjoyed our quiet days lounging and meeting the many cats on the property. Super well located for getting to the beach and local restaurants. Also good location for buses to other areas on the island with timing information available at reception "
"We had a great overall experience in the costa grand resort. The studio room was great, early morning sunshine experience from the balcony with sea right in front of you, the nice breeze in the evening, walking by the sea, shops and restaurants in Kalmari area which is happening till midnight. Swimming pool facilities and the cleaning associates will be visible cleaning the properties all the time.
Regarding any other suggestions, I would prefer to have the Main Reception being tagged in google maps/ roads for tourists who are visiting on their own by cars. Since the mail buildings are same, it is difficult to identify the mail reception and no indicators are available to reach the Reception Office. I need to get down and ask resort people to provide the driving path for the mail parking/reception.

"We stayed in one of the updated rooms with balcony and private jacuzzi on the beach for our honeymoon and we were very pleased with the room and service! Great location on the beach, lots of food options nearby, and an all around excellent spot to stay. We can't speak to the quality of the less expensive rooms, because we went all out for the honeymoon, but we felt we got excellent value for the money we paid and it was well worth the price! "

"Lots of space in our room. Very close to the airport and there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. It’s a 10 min walk into town, 2-3 minutes to the rocky beach. Lots of privacy by the pool (no one really walking by as this location is a bit remote). Towels can be borrowed for the pool for a refundable 10 euros.
The airplanes land nearby and you can hear then but you get used to it. The air conditioning works very well. We had a small fridge, which was awesome. 2 euros to get to Thira by bus and the restaurants were much cheaper in this area. We also had an balcony with a place to hang wet items.
Overall it was a great experience. The sunrise was breathtaking and you could see it from the property but there’s a better view just a couple of minutes away. "
