Reasonably good, people were friendly, nice to have a room with balcony overlooking the park. Parking was pretty easy. Not much going on in Opatija but it was a relaxing 2 days and the sea is wonderful

A beautiful room. We really enjoyed the spacious and clean room as well as the balcony view of the Adriatic Sea. The bed was two twin beds pushed together which we were a bit disappointed about, but otherwise great.

Wir fanden dieses Hotel aus mehreren Gründen wunderbar. Die Menschen an der Rezeption sind wirklich allesamt total nett und herzlich, da fühlt man sich gleich willkommen. Das Hotel ist wirklich schön, die Zimmer zwar etwas retro, aber tipptopp in jeder Hinsicht. Und sie haben eine super leise Klimaanlage und wirklich schalldichte Fenster, was zur Straße aus sicher wichtig ist. Durch die hohen Decken ist es aber immer luftig. Außerdem fanden wir die Lage toll: 5 Minuten fußläufig von wirklich allem inklusive Strand, aber nicht mittendrin im Trubel und im Verkehr. Parken auch super nebenan in der Parkgarage. Und die Räumlichkeiten im Hotel sind einfach nur schön: da fühlt man sich wie in einem kleinen Palast. Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in Opatija

Das Zimmer mit Meerblick im Hotel Agava hält, was der Name verspricht. Das Interieur ist geräumig und frisch renoviert, das Bad könnte noch ein uplifting gebrauchen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das üppige Frühstücksbuffet eine Wucht. Nur der Kaffee lässt noch Wünsche offen, zum Beispiel nach einem Vollautomaten mit Cafe crema oder Cappuccino. Auch wegen der zentralen, aber doch ruhigen Lage bei gesicherten Parkmöglichkeiten ist das Haus eine unbedingte Empfehlung.

Janela do quarto quebrada, muito barulho a noite até de madrugada, música de balada, estacionamento ruim, decoração feia e café da manhã normal. Tinha mosquito no quarto. Banheira estava encardida. Conclusão; horrível!!!!!

Hotellet er en eldre, større villa med flotte rom med sjarm, høye himlinger og klassisk preg på møbler. Vi hadde tre rom med havutsikt, rett ved siden av hverandre (vi var 5 stk), to av dem med balkong. Rommene er svært romslige, med tregulv og fint bad. Restaurant med fin innredning og god frokost. Det er både inne- og uteservering. Hotellet er kun ca 100m til sjøen og strandpromenaden, og rett ved en nydelig og rolig park. Hotellet ligger ved hovedgata, svært sentralt. De ansatte var svært behjelpelige, og strakk seg langt til å finne de beste løsningene for det vi måtte trenge. Ønsker meg tilbake allerede til neste sommer :)

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Als das nahegelegenen Parkhaus keine freie Parkplätze mehr hatte, könnten wir unser Auto kostenlos im Hotelhof parkieren. Ausgiebiges Frühstücksbüffet.

Lovely place for a cozy stay in a 200 year old vil

Great place, old style but newly renovated. Comfortable beds, amazing breakfeast, in the centre and great staff that are really trying to help with any issue you may have. We will book again next time in Opatija.

Bijzonder leuk hotel op een prachtige locatie

Mooi gerenoveerd hotel in klassieke stijl met een prachtige park ernaast. Direct aan de hoofdstraat gelegen, hetgeen enig geluid met zich meebrengt. Parkeren kan in de parkeergarage van het hotel. Zeer attente medewerkers die erg behulpzaam waren bij onze eerder dan geplande aankomst. Prima werkende air conditioning en schone, rustige kamers. Hotel maakt deel uit van een groep zodat je korting van 10% krijgt als je bij andere hotels gaat eten. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt buffet met verrassende dingen.

Central but quiet

The hotel is in a nice part of Opatija, close to beaches and the city center. Perfect service, great breakfast. The carpark 100 m away was quite crowded but we finally found a plot. Easier to access by small cars. Can recommend the nearby restaurant and bar close to the harbour - Yaucht Club Bar and Restaurant. Very reasonable prices.
