"The accommodation is featured within a ship cabin room with modern comforts. The room that I stayed was big, suitable for two guests. The hotel provides shuttle van to Rijnhaven metro station, only learnt that on third day though. Overall a pleasant and memorable stay!"

"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

"Excellent location for exploring Delft. Spacious triple room for 3 adults. Great breakfast. Central courtyard area only accessible to hotel guests which is perfect for secure bicycle storage. Very helpful reception staff. If you like fine dining try La Tasca, just off the Markt Platz - absolutely outstanding. "

"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

"Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met heerlijke verse producten. Vriendelijk personeel, De kamer was schoon en functioneel ingericht. Heerlijk bedden met goede matrassen en fijne badkamer met aparte rainshower en handdouche. Veel parkeerplekken. Het hotel ligt op een druk kruispunt, maar weinig geluidshinder van gehad. "

"Expedia site says “on site parking “ which is not true. The hotel is in pedestrian zone and you have to bag drag quite a long way. Then no elevator in hotel and rooms rather small. Staff pleasant. "

"The fridge and heater in my room didn’t work. Blankets smelt musky and a little of urine. The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. Can’t really fault them for the guests that were loud, yelling and carrying on until 4am or whoever took my food from the kitchen, unfortunately just added to experience. "I enjoyed my stay. My room was comfortable. I loved the sofa/sauna area. The breakfast buffet was good but I would have liked some more variety. The gym needs a lot of help too."
