"The room was clean and spacious, ample parking and lots of green space for your pets for walks. The staff could use some social skills training, they were not the most friendly when checking in. We booked this stay through Expedia, checking/selecting all the proper boxes/options when travelling with pets, yet the staff at this Best Western was quite rude about not booking directly with the hotel when travelling with pets. And although they "waived" the room cleaning fee of $349.00 to be "nice"...

"Staff ok but indifferent Had no coffee in the morning No waffle mix for a very long time had to ask staff specifically. Breakfast in general was poor Rooms clean and comfortable The alarm in our room was set to go off at midnight that was an unwelcome wake up."

"It is such a welcoming environment. The owners were very present and made you feel right at home. Very clean and well-kept rooms. Very comfortable beds. One of my better night sleeps away from home. Highly recommend."
