"My stay was terrible from the very first day. I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, and the front desk was closed. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. After finally managing to get into my room (already exhausted) I went to take a shower, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise: one towel was stained with blood, and another smelled foul. I ended up having to dry myself with a face towel. As if that weren't enough, there was no one available at the front desk for checkout at...

"Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated.
