"The staff, specially Art from guest relations who ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible, making it memorable and stress free, informing me of all that was going on, changing and booking my day needs and desires. Small issues with the room but promptly fixed. Although the beds are spacious and somewhat comfortable, personally I’d rather have a mattress with memory foam topper, as opposed to a cotton/polyester one as this provides little support. But no option for that, a small improvement there maybe required for people who have memory foam mattresses at home and were on a long stay like myself. Facilities are well looked after and clean, beach is lovely specially if you’re on the end of it, free from all the other people on the beach. Privacy is important on all my stays so I didn’t feel like this was an issue. Breakfast buffet was very good and catered for all cultures! Overall a very pleasant 8 days, a small improvement on the bed would take it to the next level for me, but would return and recommend!"

"We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this beautifully decorated hotel, perfectly located in the center of Sunset Town and featuring a lovely swimming pool. The view was amazing—an ideal spot for watching fireworks and festival activities. We really enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the restaurant’s setting. The staff were kind and helpful, and we even made a few friends during our stay. We would love to come back again. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work!"
