"Tv, clock, phone all didn’t work. Bathroom was dirty and bathroom floor was sticky. Ice machine broken. Elevator got stuck. Room and hallway smelled. Room was filthy with glitter on the door, food crumbs in the corner, hair in the bathroom, sheets were gross, room keys both stopped working. Entire place needs a makeover and not just painting over the stained walls like it currently is. Poor fixes throughout. For example the hold behind the door was filled in with trash."

"The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well. The only problem was that I think the shower was wheelchair accessible. The shower curtain was too short and didn't reach the floor so when I took a shower, water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The floor got really wet and I wasn't provided with enough towels to dry it completely. The wet floor caused me to slip and fall. The other problem with the stay was that it was supposed to be quiet after 10:00 pm, however the staff...

"The room did NOT look like the picture on Expedia. Not even close. The pillows were small and flat. I asked for more but hotel staff said they didn't have more. The refrigerator didn't work and made a knocking sound all night. The ice machine didn't have enough ice to fill a bucket. The bathtub was dirty and nasty. This was one of the worse rooms I've ever stayed in."

"Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety but orange juice was only available the first morning we ate breakfast. This morning they ran out of plain bagels and the berry waffle mix. Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well)"
