"Loved this small hotel tucked into a hillside with gorgeous views. Dinner fantastic with attentive staff. Not a large menu. Just a few first and second course dishes prepared just for that night. At the chef’s suggestion we shared plates of all of them. The pool has great views and drinks. The hilltown Fortunago is on the list of Italy’s best preserved and carefully maintained. "Informationen var virkelig dårlig og vi måtte ringe flere gange. Der stod at der var morgenmad med i prisen. Der stod det var på en nærliggende bar, men der stod ikke hvor. Vi mødte en mand som skulle derhen, men der var ikke åbent og kl var 8.45. Det stod at udtjek var kl 14, men allerede 9.30 bankede personalet på og ville gøre rent. Vi fik lov at blive der, men de tog i døren tre- fire gange og derfra var vi ligesom videre. Vi er på biltur og havde kørt længe, så det havde været rart med...

"The owners were charming and very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist lacked customer service skills. She was not particularly friendly and said nothing to us on checkout, like “have a nice trip” or “we hope you enjoyed your stay.” That was our only disappointment. The dinner was fabulous and the kitchen staff were very responsive."

"The hotel was clean and felt like a good value. We had a nice 4 person room that actually had two seperate bedrooms with a shared bath that was perfect for our family. The breakfast that was included was fairly basic but all we needed. Overall we will very happy with the place and had fun renting ebikes and exploring the surrounding area."
