Pleasant stay

We really enjoyed stay, apartment was spotless, so was whole property. We were suprized with spacious bathroom, small kitchen, TV programs, A/C, parking in closed area and others. Quiet area, but also near everything in Olomouc.I am really reccomending this place

Wothy to stay for a longer than just few days

ABA Apartments is a very good and confortable (especially bed) accomodation with the kitchen. The only is that it is around 2.5 km to the center of Olomouc, take it into account.

The electronic check in is negative if arriving at 1300 if the hotel had been manned by staff we could of arranged early check in or at worst leave or bags with staff. The hotel was in great condition but a little to far from town even if tram/bus service is reliable and comfortable. Plosive rating on cleanliness comfort and appearance. Ideal for a one night stop or few days touring the area

Description was not accurate. The restaurant for breakfast next door was horrible scrambled eggs were runny as could be. It said laundry included it costs extra. Not close to really close to anything. No coffee pot or toaster or wash cloths. Will not stay there again

The apartments are new, clean, and generally quite convenient. They’re located next to a busy intersection, but outside noise is generally not an issue. The property has two secure car parks, one of which is underground and includes an EV charger. The charger is somewhat pricey, but at least it works. In a double room, instead of a proper king bed, you get two single beds pushed together, so you’ll likely keep falling into the gap between the mattresses. The biggest downsides are the awful smell in the corridors and the complete lack of soundproofing in the rooms. You can literally hear *and understand* every word of a conversation in the next room. Bring earplugs (they’re not provided!), and if you value privacy, stay elsewhere - there are plenty of great options in Olomouc.

I Hotels.com beskrivs lägenheten med tvättmaskin. Vi kände oss lurade när det framgick att det kostade pengar och att maskinerna var i ett rum bakom receptionen. Det fanns ingen lampa eller fläkt ovanför spisen, vilket begränsade matlagningsmöjligheterna rejält. Personalen var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma.

Spokojenost až na pár drobností. Jen jsem si musel opravit sprchu, ale to bylo asi prokletí daného týdne, protože sprchy stály za prd i v předchozích hotelech. A dveře od pokoje zůstávaly pootevřené.
