"Not very impressed, the reason for booking was so we could relax and and have spa and massage treatments. And they said that the person doesn't work the month of August, isn't that busy season.why would I go halfway up a mountain to stay with nothing to do and don't help you with anything.very ..."

"The hotel is amazing. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. You would think you stepped into a Mexican resort when you arrive. Small rooms, typical of Europe. The pool was beautiful.
