"My second time here. Not because I had to, I like it here. My only word of advice is bring your own pool towel & you will be OK. There must have been a 100 kids in there b4 adult time. lol. we went there when the kids were gone & it was amazingly clean in there. The hot tub was hot. The top button turns it on.."

"I was dissatisfied with the lack of housekeeping services during my stay. The front desk did not communicate if housekeeping would not be provided, and upon our arrival that evening, I called the front desk for assistance. The gentleman who answered the phone was quite rude and dismissive. When I expressed the need for towels and other essentials, he indicated that he was too busy to engage in the conversation, suggesting that I should retrieve the items myself.
