Hotel di Old Town Winchester

"Friendly, professional staff. Most helpful with an issue I had with my car. Could not have been nicer and understanding."

"Everything was fantastic"

"True was a very colorful hotel. The beds were comfortable. The staff was nice. I loved the fact that they had a pool table and a shower in the swimming pool area. I didn't like that there were no microwaves in the rooms or carpet on the bedroom floors. I also wasn't a fan of the breakfast items."

"They gave away our room before we arrived. Put us in a room with one bed that was unmade and used. Changed us to another room not serviceable told us it was fixed. No hot water for shower. Waited till checkout for hot water. Had to leave without showers. Front desk staff did not care."

"Always a great place to land!! Love the location!! Great walking areas, a grocery store and lots of restaurants within walking distance!! Many many good wineries as well!!"

"Very clean comfortable bed good breakfast"

"The shower was cold. I told the person in the front. And he said I have to let it warm up for 15 mins. I will not stay again."

"The hotel had a helpful and friendly staff. I didn’t use the fitness center, but I found the laundry room to be very convenient."

"Room was spacious and clean, great with my dog. Breakfast was continental, with waffles or toast, cereal, or yogurt. We were in an outside room for convenience to take dog outside, but there was hardly any grass on that end of the hotel for her to 'go'. The grassy area was on the other end of the hotel. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating."

"The room was very comfortable except for the pillows. They were not comfortable. Everything else was good."

"Good location. Easy to find."
