"When we arrived at the Property, They had to find a key because they were out, the pool was out of order, they gave us a handicaps' room, the was nasty the shower was filthy, TV had lines on the screen, no phone service, and very load outside from people talking all time of the night and started again at 7:00am till 9:00am"

"I was so excited when my bill went from 63 dollars to 27$ but remember you get what you pay for ... They have cockroaches everywhere . Once they started crawling across the ceiling we left. We hung out in the car and refused to use bathroom. The side of the road would have been way more comfortable. It was non refundable and we were getting low on cash so we tried ... "Cute little cabins only about 30 minutes away from downtown Gainesville. And about 15 minutes from Ginnie springs. I noticed that some of the cabins have a shade over the outside area and a hammock. I would have loved that. Didn't realize those were options. Our cabin did not have that.. other than that, this day was very nice."

"I love small older family owned hotels and this was the best of the best. Wonderful staff and owner, nice room, great pool and it is on a hill looking down onto the riverfront where they have a bait, tackle and gift store with a restaurant inside for breakfast and lunch. We had breakfast there both days, it was very good with homemade biscuits. You can put your boat in right there, and several other restaurants in walking distance. We had a great stay and they have a full coffee pot in each...

"was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move"
