"The room was clean and the receptionist when checking in was friendly and attentive. The AC unit though was extremely loud, making a rattling noise. It kept me up all night . The receptionist upon check was completely stoned faced when we checked out, no pleasantries at all. I will probably not return to this location after staying there 3xs in the last year or so."

"Terrible experience from start to finish. The first room we were assigned was dirty. We were then moved to a second room, which had a broken bathroom tile that posed a serious safety hazard, especially since I was traveling with three young children. When I reported the issue, the hotel manager was very rude and initially refused to move us to another room. I had to contact Expedia to intervene before the situation was finally addressed. Even after being moved, housekeeping was practically nonexistent. During our week-long stay, our room was not cleaned until the second-to-last day. This level of service is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, during checkout, the same manager was once again rude and unprofessional. He insisted on charging me for a supposedly stained towel that was not damaged by my family and could have easily been left that way by previous guests. Rather than listening to our concerns or attempting to resolve the issue fairly, he was dismissive and argumentative. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, terrible customer service, and especially the manager’s attitude made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would absolutely not recommend staying here."
