"Hotel is a cute place to stay well visiting Trieste. Decor of the rooms are tasteful and has a fun twist to the look. Washrooms had larger white tiles throughout. Met my standard of cleanliness, didn’t have the urge to sanitize everything before using. Staff working including lady straightening our room was very friendly. We didn’t have breakfast either mornings, we wanted to get out and explore, great location! However, we did hear though the breakfast was tasty. A few notes to take, when...

"The property is in the center of everything! We love it. The apartment itself was spacious and well maintained. It is located on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator."

"The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I can’t think of one negative thing! The service to transport large suitcases to the port was a definite plus. Our suitcases were delivered to our staterooms before we even were allowed to go to our staterooms. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Die Lage in Triest ist nicht zu toppen. Es sind nur wenige Schritte vom Hafen und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es tolle Cafés und Restaurants. Das Appartement selbst war geräumiger als erwartet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt."

"Nice location-I wouldn't call it "close" to the train station since it's a half hour walk. Great staff, comfortable room, right around the corner from the Roman Theatre and very much where the action is.Overall pleasant stay."

"Manuele, Kata and all of the team definitely did everything possible to make our 8 day stay a success. The apartments are stylish with Objects 'd'Art and Books to enjoy...not many in English! ... The bed was extremely comfortable with quality linens. Nice towels. The practical fittings, however, could be improved and are less than perfect. No salt, pepper, oil etc; Need a new chopping board. No serated knife. Kitchen cupboards stick. The rain shower drips cold water when using the hand held...

"The hotel was situated near to the train and bus stations as well as many stores and restaurants. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We would stay here again."

"The location is perfect. It’s on a quiet side street not accessible by vehicles. However, you just have to walk about 30 m to get to a taxi. The design is very cool the way they have mixed old world and New World. We tried the breakfast which was outstanding and they also have a lunch special which is very reasonable priced and excellent quality highly recommend this hotel."

"We loved several aspects of our Suite: the location, the historical façade and ambience, the quality of bed linen and the fact that we were on the 5th floor which was bright and airy. Also, full marks to the Hotel Continentale staff who were incredibly helpful - they cannot be faulted. Our big problem was that to all intents and purposes the advertising for the suites leads you to believe that they are fully equipped ie similar to an aparthotel. They are most certainly not...on arrival we were...

"Excellent location! We were there 3 days prior to a Cruise. This hotel is one block from the cruise terminal. It is very close to the Grand Canal, a central square/Piazza, and to many restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the modern building and room. We opted for the breakfast included, which was very good. There was bacon, eggs and grilled tomatoes, as well as it very good selection of cold meat and cheese, cheeses and delicious desserts !"

"The location is just off the tourist zone… lots of restaurants,services in the area. Prices are better as not water front uncharged. Javon,Sara and more staff were just lovely. Made reservations , helped with cabs and anything we asked-never a problem or imposition. Our Superior Room was beautifully detailed. Next visit we will get a true window view… no matter as we were out all day. Thank you to the staff for a fun, relaxing stay.You can be proud of a classic, well appointed Hotel that is...

"Check-in ab 14uhr, aber Rezeption nur bis 13 Uhr offen. Ich war bereits vorher da um mein Geäck abzugeben, da Gepäckservice, den gibt es aber gar nicht. Man kann es unbeaufsichtigt in die Lobby stellen. Auch gibt es in der Lobby keine Toilette. Ich bin 14 Uhr ins Zimmer, aber es war noch dreckig und ungereinigt vom Vormieter und ich musste erstmal Personal suchen. Eh mein Zimmer bezugsfertig war war es viel später. Sehr schlecht ausgestattete Küche."
