"The cleanliness of the rooms is the best part. staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs as guest there. It is worth the price of being able to stay there. Love the hot tub. Everything is very clean there. The only thing that I kind of have an issue is with the oatmeal it's always overly watery for breakfast. The waffles are very delicious. They had plain and Strawberry."

"The staff SHINES here wow - I normally dont write reviews but truly they were so cuteous and professional and kind (and made me laugh even!!). I was just insanely impressed by them. I used the gym everyday and had it to myself which was lovely and everything felt clean. I ran out of hand soap and they replaced it in 3 minutes. So fast! The breakfast is actually pretty good too! Love that they have lemon water in the lobby."

"My wife and I spent a very peaceful night at Bottleworks. Every staff member that we interacted with the parking attendant, desk staff and room service staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel is very nice. Bottleworks is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in that Mass Ave area. I felt very safe walking in the area of Indianapolis. Thank you for a great weekend Bottleworks."

"Super nice valet. Checkin lovely, let me know they would supply a free pass to the Eiteljorg museum that I was visiting the next day. Room was quiet, Bed so comfy I overslept. Asked for a later checkout and the clerk was SO gracious and kind, gave me more time than I asked for. Shower hot AND good pressure. There is even a Starbucks in the lobby and they are holding my luggage while I go to the museum. Starting my 5th week of a cross country drive and this is the best stay so far. Thank you!"
