"Great place . Right by river walk. Can walk a mile all the way to aquarium and cruise ship port. Free coffee in the morning. I wish there are more eatery right by the hotel. But you can walk to other eatery by the river walk or in the downtown area. "

"We had an early morning flight so never actually ate breakfast. They had had fresh fruit and cookies available as well as coffee and tea all day. The Shuttle was available 24 hrs a day. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Haya in Ybor City. It has the feel of a unique boutique hotel—warm, inviting, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. Our courtyard-view room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the pool lights and palm trees. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, and housekeeping did a great job each day. We also enjoyed the onsite café, and the bar was excellent and very comfortable. Logan, one of the bartenders, was outstanding and made our experience even better. The location was perfect and walkable to shops and restaurants in historic Ybor City. We will happily stay here again!"

"The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful. Eric was fantastic!! The room was very clean. I was expecting it to be more Art Deco decorated. The one thing I don't like at any hotel is carpeting on the floor. Not that it was dirty, but I prefer all tiled floors. The bed was comfortable. They offer valet parking, but you are also allowed to self park. Our vehicle was too tall to fit so they found a spot in the back for us to park. The area seems safe and is located very close to many places to eat. They have a breakfast buffet in their on site restaurant that looked great! We were in a hurry and didn't have time to eat."
