"They deliberately provide a totally wrong address, which is in the middle of city, but when we get there at night, there is no such a hotel, after a google search, we figured out it’s actually 10 km away. We have to hire two motorcycles to get there.when we get there, it actually in the middle of cemetery, a lot of dogs around, and it’s extremely dangerous for us. "My superior sapa room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great shower and the decor all very tropical. Staff were excellent- helpful, attentive, friendly and spoke English. Restaurant had a full menu with both western and Vietnamese options to suit everyone. Breakfast is included and again has lots of options. The resort is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. The ocean did have a bit of litter in it but that went away once the winds picked up. Really enjoyed my stay...

10/10 Excellent

"Wow what a resort! This place does it right!! It's first class. The hotel is phenomenal. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and the beach is incredible. The staff are lovely. So many amazing touches. Free beach towels and sun beds Free minibar and snacks, replenished daily. Staff come in and turn down your bed every night leaving a little sweet treat on your pillow. Theres a free bus into town each day. The pools were also amazing. One was closed during our visit for maintenance but the one that was open was great. You've got the red dunes on your door step and a short drive away are the white dunes and the fishing village is just a short drive away. Lots of lovely places to eat right outside the resort within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel is fabulous! I honestly can't fault this place it's incredible. I wish I could stay forever."
