Woke us up multiple times through out the night. Pool area is fine but gym equipment is out dated and no chairs in pool area. Overall their sister property across the water is a better overall property, the location is even better if you don't mind a small ferry ride. "The view is quite lovely! Wish the pool/hot tub area was a bit bigger, but loved the design of the property and the rooms were well kept. Ability to rent bikes to ride around downtown was a nice touch!"

It doesn’t hurt that there is a decent coffee shop right next door with an entrance in the lobby (Elysian Coffee). Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs nearby as well as a movie theatre, a small grocery store and a hospital. "The hotel is in a great location —about 10 to 12 minute walk to Canada Place, and around 25 minute walk to Chinatown. Breakfast is cooked to order —the options are limited but the food is delicious! We got the queen room —space is limited, but it’s fine for a couple of nights. I’d be back to stay here if we visit Vancouver again in the future. Though perhaps I’d choose a bigger room if I’m going to stay longer."

"Had a good 3 night stay at the Guesthouse. Well-located and had no issues. The room is fairly basic, but it was clean. The bathroom was shared, but it was quite nice and like a proper bathroom you'd have at home. Was satisfied for the price. One small thing was they did not have an iron."
