"The property is new and modern and a lovely place to stay long or short term. It is worth noting that there is only street parking or paid undercover parking around the corner. There is construction on the building next door and if your room faces the street it can be quite noisy all hours of the night. "I was never able to enter. The phone number they gave me never answered so was left at night trying to find another place to stay the night. It’s unacceptable that they won’t answer the phone they required you to call. "

"I was received very well by the staff and got attended to whenever I needed assistance. I would recommend this for anyone traveling on a budget who still wants to stay in a warm, welcoming space. Breakfast is my highlight, and I had good views, too. So I will totally recommend it. I ended up booking the ONOMO in Johannesburg as well, and I hope to get just as good a reception."

"The unit was very clean and spacious. We were visiting for the marathon so it was great to have our own kitchen. Grocery store was only a 5 min walk away and the shuttle to the race start was only a 2 min walk. Security guards at the entrance to the hotel so safe. You do need to be street smart as soon as you exit the hotel and walking towards the train station area is more prone to cell phone theft and begging. Just be smart. We were able to walk to hop-on-hop-off bus start in 10 mins."

"Clean and spacious room, with a full kitchen (although I didn't use). A complimentary bottle of wine upon checking in, as well as 2 bottles of water daily are provided, which is a very nice gesture. One drawback: the wall outlets are generally not suitable for most international travelers, but it should be easy to borrow an adapter from the front desk. Breakfast is decent, and the Chinese/Japanese restaurant at the hotel is pretty good. Other than that, one needs to go a bit farther distance...

"This is a backpacker place not a hotel/motel. They don’t provide things where a normal hotel provides like towels, shampoos, conditioners, bath soap, etc. It’s a shared kitchen so you need to bring or cook your own food. Only cookware is provided. You pretty much have to bring your own things overall. Angeline, the manager was pretty nice, helpful and accommodating. Free wi-fi and connection was good. I had to ask the manager for help me because in the beginning I had trouble connecting. If I...

"This hotel room is very long/narrow, have to walk sideways to get from the bed to the restroom. The flatscreen TV sticks out in between 2 beds so if not careful, you will bump into the TV box since you already have to walk sideways. The room is clean, the bathroom counter has ample space. The hotel does provide for small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There is no phone in the room, but didn’t detract from the room.
