"I was in Japan for 2 weeks and this was possibly my favorite place I stayed at. The owners are so nice and welcoming. They speak great English, so that made my life easier! The nicest lady showed me around everything and took time to explain every appliance and amenity with demonstrations. They also held my bags for me after check-out so I could explore. The private onsen was fantastic - the afternoon light, and river view, is beautiful. My room (western) was very comfortable. Great walking...

"年季が入っているので外観や内装は古いのですが、逆に昭和っぽさを感じられ私は好きでした。 温泉も貸し切りの露天風呂は予約が全然とれませんでしたが、大浴場も良かったです。 スタッフの方が優しい方が多く満足しました。 朝食もコロナ対策をしており、ビニール手袋を配布されて良かったです。 宿泊利用者に売店で使える500円クーポンを頂けたり、ポイントカードにポイント頂けたり満足しました。 また次回も利用したいと思いました。"

Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture.
