"Check in and out was quick. Room was clean and the room service is great. I requested for dehumidifier and shower cap, it came quite quickly even though it was in the evening. The next day they gave me another shower cap automatically. Also, the taxis are readily available there even early in the morning. I really liked my stay but wish I had more time to try out more facilities. "

"Really good stay at this hotel. Very easy to get to in Tokyo, and very large. Nice main area as well. We had a three person room which was large enough to accommodate three people easily. The wardrobe could have been larger - perhaps a second one somewhere? Additionally, the bed closest to the window didn't have any charging/wall plugs which is an oversight.
