"I stayed in 5 places (hotels and apartments) while visiting Croatia in October 2026 for 2 weeks. I am very picky about where I stay while I am on vacation so I do my research to make sure everything is up to par and top notch (clean, close to attractions and supermarkets, responsive to my inquiries and especially affordable). House Sandra has met and exceeded my expectations. In particular, the host Marco is most helpful and friendly. He met me at the apartment at the time I said I would...

"Room was impeccable. Very close to everything. Staff very helpful and communication was exceptional."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Zephyrus Boutique apartment. We had plenty of room and loved the huge, private terrace with our apartment. The location was very walkable to the promenade and tons of good restaurants very close by. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for 4 nights and have nothing but compliments...Great location, close to old town with less than 10 min walk. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet had great choices. I would recommend this place."

"A little tricky to find but well worth the challenge! If you are unable to climb stairs this is not the place for you. Room was lovely and worth the price. Lots of hot water and very helpful staff. In the middle of Old Town. Perfect location"

"Location,location,location....in t he centre of old town...noisy in the night.Clean and 👍"

"Excellent location. It is lovely to have a separate sitting room. All rooms including the bathroom are very clean. Please consider to provide two seperate sheets of bedding in future."
