"First, I found blood on one of the pillows and notified the front desk. Second, I was bitten and attacked by bed bugs. 1 week later and I still have marks on my skin Staff were friendly and polite."

"Was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed and pillows were! Definitely exceeded expectations for the price paid. Seemed to be one of the nicest hotels for that location. "

"Apparently, they don't know what handi-capable is. I couldn't get in the tub to take a shower. I had to leave the bathroom door open in order to pull myself up off of the toilet. The pictures of full breakfast are a fraud. All the had in the office was coffee, pop tarts, a toaster but no bread, oatmeal with no hot water, no fruit or dairy. The only thing good was the mattress, it was comfortable."

"Hotel has no pantry, all vending machines out of order, hot tub out of order, breakfast wasn't up to other H.I s breakfast, but still charged full price which is higher than other similar hotels in area "

"Family of 4 and we enjoyed our stay! Playground for kids was nice 👌 Only issue I had was the bathtub had a bath mat glued down, well when I ran a bath the mat lifted and stuff floated out, so no bath. I told the staff and it was fixed the next day. We would stay here again!"
