"We had a great stay, fantastic location and the staff were all wonderful. As others have said the hotel is showing its age a bit but for the price it was an excellent choice. If you want a perfect property you can pay 2-3 time more and stay across the street at the Renaissance "

"The breakfast was great the AC worked perfect especially when it as 93 outside. The only that upset me is that 2 rings were taken from my room. One ring meant alot to me because my late husband gave me that ring. All they could tell me is that they didn't take it. But who will admit that they took it. I tripled checked, and I know where I put it."

"Took forever to check in, then they couldn’t get me a king room, even though that’s what I had already paid for and booked through Expedia. The elevators are horrible and didn’t work half the time. Horribly long wait times to even get on or off an elevator. Valet is also forever wait and they don’t even have a garage for your vehicle, they literally drive it 2 blocks to a public parking lot. "

"Lots of in-room bar options, but we do not drink. Valet service was not available early on a Saturday. A chair, even a small one, would have been nice even though the room was somewhat small. That said, every appointment was extraordinarily elegant and aporeciated. Staff was magnificent, the hotel quiet. "

"The 1st room we checked into the tvs weren't working and the sofabed was broken at the bottom so they moved us to a different room that room that we were able to enjoy better."
