Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was really great in the morning. The room was very comfortable as well. They had a free shuttle to downtown, which was amazing. It was a little slow, but it was free so no complaining. The only thing we did not like is walking to our room the hallway head like a stench smell dirty.

Beds super comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Water pressure is great. Shuttle service was a bonus. Breakfast area is very noisy, chairs need to have pads on the bottom of the legs to cut down on the awful sound they make scraping across the floor. Will definitely stay again.

Room was clean and in great condition. Staff are kind and happy to help. Breakfast was always fresh and great! The only thing I had an issue with was that they told me the side doors and back doors do not open with your room key and has been broken since the time change which was disappointing especially since there isn’t a lot of parking next to the front entrance. So you’d basically have to walk around the entire building to get to the entrance in order to get inside which was horrible.

The room was clean and the other areas of the hotel.It is in walking distance of Bricktown if you dont mind walking.I would only advise this walk on nice days.The only reason I didnt give a five is because the the shuttle wasnt consistant and the elavator broke.Ride share was not expensive at all back and forth to Bricktown maybe a few dollars.

It’s was OK. TV guide didn’t show channels so you had to go through the entire process. AC was cold. I was not aware you needed to let them know you needed maid service unless your staying for over 3 days. I was like I need towels. Went down to collect them. Lack luster to say the least.
